"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Dirty Birds Lacrosse over the past decade. It's humbling to think about how it started and how strong it had become. I believe that passing the torch to Coach Walch is going to catapult Dirty Birds to the next phase of its success as an organization.  My vision was always to develop players and provide the best experience I could while connecting our lacrosse community, and I look back with pride knowing that happened. I believe there is a place in Atlanta for many club travel teams, and I can recognize that so many different people have positively impacted that talent I receive at the varsity level at Walton HS, but I can honestly say with gratitude that Dirty Birds Lacrosse helped provide us with a state title. My hope is that so many more youth players will now get to play lacrosse for this program as I have full confidence in Vince Walch."
