Bajro Buzaljko, Director of Operations and Performance
Bajro “Buzz” Buzaljko is the Director of Operations & Performance for Dirty Birds Lacrosse and a respected leader within the Georgia lacrosse community. A 20-year United States Marine Corps veteran with multiple combat deployments and leadership assignments throughout his career, Buzz brings a relentless standard of discipline, accountability, and competitive culture to every team he leads.
Originally from Bosnia, Buzz’s journey to the United States helped shape the grit, resilience, and work ethic that now define his coaching philosophy. With more than two decades of coaching experience — including 15+ years throughout Georgia — he has coached and mentored athletes across every level of the game, from youth and middle school to high school and collegiate competition. Throughout his career, he has coached at Kell, North Cobb, Cherokee, Woodstock, and Etowah while helping develop numerous NCAA and NAIA athletes, college commits, and All-Americans.
Known for his high-energy leadership style and demanding but player-centered approach, Buzz specializes in leadership development, culture building, speed training, and strength & conditioning. Under his leadership, Dirty Birds teams have earned multiple tournament championships while building a reputation for toughness, accountability, and competitive excellence.
Outside of athletics, Buzz specializes in operational excellence and performance systems, helping organizations improve leadership, accountability, and efficiency. Whether on the field, in the weight room, or in everyday life, his mission remains the same: develop disciplined young men prepared to lead in everything they do.
Buzz and his wife Jordan are proud parents of four daughters.
