Riley Graham began his coaching career in the spring of 2022 as the defensive coordinator for North Paulding’s 8th Grade Select team. In 2023, he transitioned to the varsity level at North Paulding High School, where he continues to serve as the defensive coordinator. That season, he helped lead the team to the Elite 8, followed by a Final 4 appearance in 2024.

In addition to coaching at the high school level, Riley is actively involved in North Paulding’s youth program, coaching middle school teams in the fall. A North Paulding alum, he went on to play at Piedmont University, where he was a four-year starter and team captain his senior year. In 2019, he helped lead the Lions to their first and only USA South Conference Championship.

Outside of lacrosse, Riley is a social studies teacher with a passion for developing both his students and athletes. He embraces a growth mindset, striving to help those he works with improve every day. He is excited to join the Dirty Birds program and looks forward to making an impact!
