Rashad Jefferson is a proud Dirty Birds 2025 alumni and senior at North Cobb High School, where he has been a four-year varsity starter in goal. Over his high school career, Rashad broke multiple school records and earned recognition as an All-State nominee for his standout performance between the pipes.

With seven years of playing experience, Rashad brings both skill and energy to the field, especially in developing young players and goalies. He will continue his academic and athletic career at Emmanuel University, where he has committed to play collegiate lacrosse.

Coach Rashad is excited to return to the Dirty Birds program in a new role—coaching our U9 team and serving as a goalie coach. He’s passionate about giving back to the program that helped shape his journey and looks forward to mentoring the next generation of players.
