Coach Ken has been a head coach of boys and girls lacrosse for 14 years, 28 seasons, plus multiple summer and winter tournament teams. Ken has coached over 900 games and lead over 1200 practices. Ken got his start in lacrosse playing middie and attack in high school and later club lacrosse at Appalachian State. Ken is a Level 3 certified coach with USA Lacrosse and enjoys helping the athletes learn, develop, and have fun. Additionally, Ken has a Masters degree in Sports Management.
