Ethan Frost is a Cherokee county native who has played lacrosse since sixth grade. He graduated from Woodstock High School earning multiple offensive team awards and is a Dirty Bird Lacrosse alumnus ('24 grad). He has been coaching Woodstock Jr. Wolverines since 2020 helping them earn their first championship. He is excited to rejoin the Dirty Birds Lacrosse program as a coach.
