Cole Palmer is a Sandy Springs native who has played lacrosse since he was four years old. He was a four year varsity player and a captain for the Mount Vernon lacrosse team for two years. Cole has played lacrosse for a variety of club teams and has experience going through the recruiting process. Cole was an all-state lacrosse player his senior year and will be playing collegiant lacrosse at Hamden-Sydney College. Cole joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in the summer of 2024.
