Whitney Damrau, Program Coordinator

Whitney Damrau serves as the Program Coordinator for Dirty Birds Lacrosse. A proud lacrosse mom, she has two sons in the program—one on the 2031 team and the other on 2033—both of whom have been part of Dirty Birds since its relaunch in 2022.
A native of East Cobb and graduate of Walton High School, Whitney went on to earn her degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She and her family continue to live in the Walton district.
Whitney’s involvement with Dirty Birds began as a dedicated team parent, supporting teams for over seven seasons. Her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to connect with families led to her current role, where she has restructured and elevated the collaboration between coaches, players, and parents to foster a strong sense of community across the program.
Prior to joining Dirty Birds, Whitney built a successful career in product and sports marketing, serving as an Account Director at both the boutique agency SteelePlus and the global advertising firm TracyLocke. Over the course of 13 years, she worked with major brands including Fiji Water, Home Depot, ESPN, FOX Sports, Georgia-Pacific, and Pizza Hut. Her work has earned her multiple accolades, including two ADDY Awards, and her branding campaigns have been featured in national publications and college textbooks as examples of effective marketing strategy.
Whitney is married to her husband, Tyler, and together they have two sons and a golden retriever named Penny Lane.
