Vince Walch, President

Vince Walch is the President of Dirty Birds Lacrosse and a seasoned lacrosse professional with over a decade of coaching experience in the Atlanta area. Outside of lacrosse, he works full-time as a Senior Executive Recruiter at The Home Depot.
Vince grew up playing lacrosse at both the high school and collegiate levels, competing as an attackman for Emmanuel College and Georgia Southern University. Since graduating from Georgia Southern in 2016, he has dedicated himself to coaching across youth and high school programs throughout Metro Atlanta.
He began his coaching career as the Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Campbell High School, helping turn the program from a 2-14 record to 8-8 in just one season. Vince then joined Milton High School as an offensive coach, contributing to an Elite Eight playoff run. From 2019–2023, he served as a high school assistant coach in the Walton Lacrosse program, helping guide the varsity team to the 2019 GHSA State Championship and a 2022 State Runner-Up finish. In 2024, Vince took over as Head Coach of Walton Senior Select, where he immediately led the team to back-to-back deep postseason runs, including a Final Four appearance and a State Runner-Up finish.
Currently, Vince serves as the Director of Lacrosse for Marietta High School’s Youth Program and Junior Select Head Coach, while continuing to grow Dirty Birds Lacrosse. Under his leadership, Dirty Birds has expanded to include over 250 families, multiple college commitments, and a reputation for developing players within a competitive yet family-oriented culture.
Vince holds coaching certifications from US Lacrosse, GHSA, and GMSA, as well as certifications in CPR/First Aid and Personal Training. His passion for lacrosse extends beyond wins and losses—he is committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the field while continuing to build opportunities for the next generation.
