Riley Graham joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in 2025, bringing a strong playing background and a rapidly ascending coaching career. A North Paulding alumnus, Riley played at Piedmont University as a four-year starter and senior captain — helping lead the Lions to their first and only USA South Conference Championship in 2019. Transitioning into coaching in 2022, Riley began as defensive coordinator for North Paulding's 8th Grade Select team before moving to the varsity level at North Paulding High School, where he has helped guide the team to back-to-back deep postseason runs — including an Elite Eight and a Final Four appearance. He currently serves as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator at North Paulding High School. Off the field, Riley works as a social studies teacher — bringing an educator's growth mindset and commitment to individual development to every athlete he coaches. His dedication to competitive excellence and character development makes him a natural fit on the Dirty Birds staff.
