Rashad Jefferson is a proud Dirty Birds alumni and a rising example of what the program is designed to produce. A graduate of North Cobb High School, Rashad was a four-year varsity starter in goal — breaking multiple school records and earning recognition as an All-State nominee for his standout performance between the pipes. With seven years of playing experience, Rashad is now continuing his academic and athletic journey at Emmanuel College, where he recently completed his freshman season competing at the collegiate level. Returning to the Dirty Birds sideline as a coach, Rashad works with youth goalies across all age groups in the program — channeling the passion and expertise for the position that made him one of the top goalies in the state. His dedication to giving back to the program that helped shape his journey makes him a valued member of the Dirty Birds staff.
