Michael Cabral joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in 2024, returning to give back to the program that helped shape him as a player. A Walton High School alum and member of the 2019 GHSA State Championship team, Michael grew up competing for both Walton and Dirty Birds Lacrosse before continuing his playing career with Auburn University Club Lacrosse. He began coaching in 2019, returned to Walton as an assistant coach in 2023, and currently serves as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator at Harrison High School — bringing the championship standard he experienced firsthand as a player to a new generation of athletes. As a Dirty Birds alumni, Coach Cabral has a personal understanding of what the program means to those who come through it, and he is committed to ensuring the next generation receives that same investment and development.
