Ethan Perlakowski joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in 2025, bringing a competitive playing background and a genuine passion for developing young athletes. A graduate of Harrison High School, Ethan went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Berry College, where he graduated in 2025. Now working as a Data Engineer, Ethan applies the same analytical mindset and attention to detail that defines his professional career to his approach on the field. He currently serves as a Varsity Offensive Assistant Coach at Harrison High School — helping build on the program's continued growth alongside a strong coaching staff. Ethan is excited to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the Dirty Birds program and looks forward to helping develop the next generation of players at every level.
