Dirty Birds Lacrosse is proud to host the 3rd Annual Catch & Shoot Winter Clinic Series, one of our most popular development events of the year. Held during Winter Break, this clinic provides players with a valuable mid-season tune-up as school lacrosse reaches its competitive stretch. With a focus on position-specific training, speed and agility, and age-appropriate instruction, this clinic is designed for players who want to elevate their game and sharpen their skills heading into the heart of the season.
Clinic Overview
This two-day clinic is built to maximize player development through high-tempo drills, individualized coaching, and structured gameplay. Players will be grouped by graduation year to ensure appropriate competition and tailored instruction.

Coaching will be led by top high school and collegiate coaches (full staff TBA), with emphasis on fundamentals, advanced positional work, lacrosse IQ, and athletic performance.

Lacrosse training focused on strengthening the fundamentals to better your game.
Our rates are and favorable and very customizable based on your budget and timeline. We offer 1on1 sessions by the hour as well as group sessions.
Policies:
- Cancellations - A cancellation notice must be completed within 24 hour notice of the athlete's scheduled session, failure to do so will result in a nonrefundable fee.
- Rescheduling - A reschedule can be done only if there are no conflicting sessions during the time of the requested reschedule. Otherwise, it will follow the cancellation policy of a 24-hour notice for a refund.
- All parents and athlete's (if applicable) must sign the onboarding documents prior to their onboarding session. This will include notices of the cancellation and rescheduling policies as well as the waiver releases
- Payment: Payment must be completed prior to the scheduled session or event.
