Bajro Buzaljko, Coach
Bajro "Buzz" Buzaljko serves as a coach and the official speed, strength, and agility coach for Dirty Birds Lacrosse, a role he has held since joining the program in 2022. A recently retired Active Duty Marine who dedicated years of service to his country — including deployments overseas — Buzz brings the discipline, intensity, and mental toughness of military life directly to the field. In his civilian career, he now works full-time for Turner Construction as a Lean Manager. Bajro played lacrosse in high school prior to enlisting and has spent more than 12 years coaching at the high school, middle school, and youth levels across Cobb and Cherokee County. Currently, he serves as the Varsity Head Coach at Etowah High School, where he continues to build a competitive, disciplined program. In addition to his role at Etowah, Buzz runs all speed, strength, and agility sessions for Dirty Birds athletes — bringing an elite-level training philosophy rooted in years of coaching experience and military service. Known for his infectious energy, high-intensity approach, and unrelenting demand for discipline, Buzz has a rare ability to push young athletes far beyond what they think they are capable of. He is married to his wife Jordan and they have four daughters.
