Mario Lewis has been a member of the Dirty Birds coaching staff since 2022, bringing a standout collegiate playing career and a long track record of defensive excellence to the program. A Cobb County native and Reinhardt University alumnus, Mario was named to the MCLA All-Conference Team in 2014 and competed in two MCLA National Championship games during his playing career. Since graduating in 2017, Mario has channeled that competitive edge into coaching — serving continuously as the Defensive Coordinator for Campbell High School, where he helped guide the program to their first and second ever playoff appearances in 2018 and 2022. In addition to extensive club coaching experience with the Atlanta Kings, Atlanta Lacrosse Club, and Crossfire, Mario continues to build his legacy as a defensive coach — developing the next generation of defenders both at Campbell and through Dirty Birds. Off the field, he works as a project coordinator, applying the same organizational and leadership skills that define him as a coach.
