Player Assessment and Team Assignment Policy Goals
Each player is evaluated for placement in an environment that balances competition, development, and enjoyment.
Our Goals:
- Build grade-level teams that align by skill, athleticism, and development potential
- Add a second team in a grad year only when both can compete at a high level
- Ensure all players receive equal access to resources and attention
- Create an engaging, challenging learning environment across all teams
- Utilize a coaching staff of experienced adults and alumni committed to mentorship
