Dirty Birds Summer 2026 Supplemental Tryouts

Open Roster Spots | Grad Years 2027–2036
Registration is now open for our Summer 2026 Supplemental Tryouts. These two sessions are designed to evaluate players for open roster spots across our Youth, Middle School, and High School teams for the upcoming Summer 2026 season.
Supplemental tryouts are open to boys in graduating classes 2027–2036. Players are encouraged to attend both days for a complete evaluation.

Tryout Format & Schedule
Age Groups (by Grad Year)
  • Youth: 2033 & under
  • Middle School: 2032–2030
  • High School: 2029–2027

Day 1 – Dirty Birds Day (Open Practice)
Sunday, January 11th | 3:00–8:30 PM
  • Youth (2033 & under): 3:00–4:30 PM
  • Middle School (2032–2030): 5:00–6:30 PM
  • High School (2029–2027): 7:00–8:30 PM
Focus: Live reps, small-sided play, and game situations in a true Dirty Birds training environment. Coaches will evaluate compete level, lacrosse IQ, and coachability.

Day 2 – Skills Training: Positional + Speed & Agility
Saturday, February 7th | 3:00–8:30 PM
  • Youth (2033 & under) & Middle School (2032–2030): 2:00-3:30 PM
  • High School (2029–2027): 3:30-5:00 PM
Focus: Position-specific work (attack, midfield, defense/LSM, goalie) combined with structured speed and agility training.
Coaches will focus on fundamentals, technique, footwork, and overall athleticism.

Day 2 - Location
Marietta High School 
Final location and a detailed field map will be communicated to registered families prior to tryouts.

Cost & Inclusions
  • Tryout Fee: $50
  • Includes: Reversible Pinnie and access to both Day 1 (Open Practice) and Day 2 (Skills/Speed & Agility)

What to Bring
  • Full equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, mouthguard)
  • Cleats and running shoes (for speed & agility work)
  • Goalie gear (if applicable)
  • Refillable water bottle
Water will be available on site.
