Taylor Deaton joins the Dirty Birds Lacrosse staff in 2026 as Marketing and Operations Consultant, bringing 10 years of digital marketing experience and a deep personal connection to the game to the program. A former collegiate club lacrosse player at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Taylor combines professional expertise with firsthand knowledge of what it means to compete and develop within a lacrosse program. Her career spans both in-house and agency environments, where she has built a strong foundation in project management, marketing strategy, and operational execution — the exact skill set Dirty Birds needs as the program enters its next phase of growth. In her role with Dirty Birds, Taylor leads marketing, social media, brand outreach, sponsorship strategy, and program operations — channeling her years of professional experience into the program's player acquisition and family engagement efforts. What drew Taylor to Dirty Birds is what defines her work: a genuine commitment to youth athletes and a passion for helping kids fall in love with lacrosse.
