Finley Radding joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in 2026 as a fresh alumni of the program — returning to give back to the organization that played a key role in his development. A Dirty Birds alumni and 2025 graduate of The Walker School, Finley established himself as one of the most prolific offensive players in Georgia lacrosse history — finishing his career with over 400 points, placing him among the top five all-time in the state, while setting school records in both goals and assists. Now continuing his playing career at Kenyon College, Finley brings the perspective of a current college player to his coaching — giving him a unique ability to connect with athletes and deliver instruction that is immediately relevant and relatable. As a coach with Dirty Birds, he is focused on developing offensive fundamentals, sharpening lacrosse IQ, and building the team-first mentality that defines championship-level play. His energy, communication, and passion for the game make him a natural fit on the sideline.
