Will Palmer is an Atlanta native and graduate of The Mount Vernon School, where he played high school lacrosse as a standout goalie. He is currently entering his senior year at Hampden-Sydney College, where he plays NCAA Division III lacrosse and earned the starting goalie role as a junior.

Will has been playing lacrosse since elementary school and brings years of experience and deep positional knowledge to his coaching. In addition to his collegiate career, he has worked with goalies through private lessons, helping young players develop strong fundamentals and confidence in the cage.

As a dedicated goalie coach, Will is excited to join the Dirty Birds staff and looks forward to working with the next generation of keepers this season.
