Mike Hittle, Coach
Mike Hittle joined the Dirty Birds coaching staff in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of coaching experience and a wealth of defensive expertise. A former collegiate lacrosse player at the University of Montana, where he played midfield and attack for the club team, Mike developed his coaching roots with the North Paulding lacrosse program — spending eight years on staff at the high school level, including three seasons as Varsity Defensive Coordinator, where he built one of the top defenses in the state of Georgia. Following his tenure at North Paulding, Mike served as the Defensive Coordinator at Life University in Marietta for two seasons — gaining valuable collegiate experience before returning to the youth ranks. He currently serves as the Head Coach of the North Paulding Youth Lacrosse Program, where he continues to develop the next generation of players with the same attention to detail and high standards that have defined his coaching career at every level.
